Questions, answered
What do I get with eTaxi?
Three products that work together: a Flutter Customer App and a Flutter Driver App for Android and iOS, plus a Laravel admin panel that runs the whole platform.
Can I run it in more than one city?
Yes. Add as many cities as you need, draw polygon zones inside each one, and set fares, taxes, cancellation rules and surge separately for each city or zone.
Which vehicle types are supported?
Bike, Auto, Mini, Sedan, Prime Sedan, Luxury and Premium Luxury come pre-configured. You can add new ride types with their own icons and pricing from the admin panel.
How are fares calculated?
Each ride type has a base fare and per-km price, with waiting charges, night charges, zone surge, city taxes, promo discounts and commission applied on top.
Which payment methods are included?
Razorpay, Stripe, cash and an in-app wallet. Each gateway can be switched on or off from Payment Methods in the admin panel.
How do riders and drivers log in?
With their phone number and an OTP. You can send OTPs through Firebase, MSG91 SMS or WhatsApp.
Does it support other languages and currencies?
Yes. Add languages (including right-to-left ones such as Arabic) and set your currency code, symbol and name in the admin panel.
How do drivers get paid?
Earnings after commission go to the driver's wallet. Drivers request withdrawals, which admins approve, and cash can be settled at cash collection points.
